The purchased products will be delivered through Canada Post at your doorstep. As Canada Post is the most reliable and authentic way used for the shipment of products.

2. In which countries is THICK FIBER available?

THICK FIBER is available internationally all over the world.

3. What is the estimated time for the shipment of products ordered from the THICK FIBER website? 

THICK FIBER is responsible for reasonable shipments of the ordered products. It takes approximately 2-3 business days in major countries. Whereas, it can take up to 3-4 business days maximum all over the world. The time includes the handling of the products, dispatching the products and delivering it to the customer. We do attempt to process the request in the most punctual manner. But sometimes, due to some circumstances, such as weather conditions, it can cause delay. 

4. How much does THICK FIBER charge for the shipment within The Canada?

THICK FIBER is efficiently serving their products in Canada and charges $7 for the orders that are below $50. Whereas, there will be free complimentary delivery of the shipment for the total exceeding $50 or above.

5. How much does THICK FIBER charge for international shipments?

THICK FIBER Canada does not operates outside the Canada. However international customers can visit www.thickfiber.com or our online store based on your region.

Payments can be easily made through the debit or credit card at the time of your order placements at checkout. For the added convenience of our clients, we do offer PayPal and Apple pay as well. THICK FIBER provides a secure payment gateway for all modes of payment.

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at www.thickfiber.ca , you may return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 15 days for a refund.  If your product is outside of the 15 day return policy window, please feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives for further assistance. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order if your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel your order by logging into my account.
